Short messages and filling in forms

The rules

The writing part of the exam does not ask for an essay. It asks for what people actually write: a filled-in form, a short message, an apology, a request, a cancellation. This lesson gives you every standard form field and the parts of a short message, ready to use as a template.

Play as often as you like

  1. —Užpildykite, prašau, šią formą. Vardas, pavardė ir gimimo data.

  2. —Atsiprašau, ką reiškia „šeiminė padėtis“?

  3. —Ar esate susituokęs, nesusituokęs ar išsituokęs.

  4. —Supratau. O kur rašyti adresą?

  5. —Į penktą laukelį: gatvė, namo numeris, butas ir miestas.

  6. —Gerai. Ir apačioje reikia parašo, tiesa?

Dabar pasakykite patys — now say it yourself. Nothing is recorded and nothing is graded; the exam's speaking part is a live interview, so this is here to be imitated out loud.
