Article 126: Board of the Bank of Lithuania

“The Bank of Lithuania shall be directed by the Board of the Bank, consisting of the Chairperson, Deputy Chairpersons, and members. The Chairperson of the Board of the Bank of Lithuania shall be appointed for a five-year term by the Seimas upon submission by the President of the Republic.”
