“The Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law of the Republic of Lithuania “On the Procedure for the Entry into Force of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania”, adopted by referendum, shall be signed and, within 15 days, promulgated by the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Lithuania.”
